Billing and refunds
Email denys@kagenami.com with your receipt or transaction identifier. Our Refund Policy explains the 14-day unused-purchase policy and other buyer rights.
If your receipt identifies Paddle as the seller, Paddle buyer support can help locate payments, manage subscriptions and request refunds. This does not announce live Paddle checkout in every Kagenami environment.
