1. Operator and contact
Kagenami is operated by Denys Hoptsii. Contact: denys@kagenami.com.
Website: kagenami.com. Postal address: Koliště 639/21, 602 00 Brno - Zábrdovice, Czechia.
2. The service and your account
Kagenami is browser-based software for creating short AI-assisted videos from prompts and creative inputs, including scripts, narration, visual assets, rendering and downloadable MP4 files. Available features, quality, duration and languages depend on your plan and what is enabled in the application.
You purchase software access and generation credits, not a human production service or a guaranteed creative or commercial result. Demo and sandbox environments do not take real payments and may use simulated generation. Preview features are identified in the application.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into these terms. If acting for an organisation, you must have authority to bind it. Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in access and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for the activity you authorise.
3. Inputs, output and sharing
You keep your rights in your original inputs. You permit Kagenami to process, store and transmit your content as needed to provide requested features, including through the providers in our Privacy Policy.
As between you and Kagenami, you may download and use generated output, including commercially, subject to law and third-party rights. AI output may not be unique or protected by copyright. Existing catalog assets, fonts, music, software and other third-party material retain their own rights and licence conditions. Free exports may contain a watermark.
Check facts and rights before publishing. You must have permission to use uploaded material and any person's image or voice. We do not guarantee accuracy, exclusivity, non-infringement, engagement or revenue.
Videos are not automatically published to social networks. Public showcase publication requires a separate submission and approval. Catalog-based generation may create asset candidates for moderator review; approved shared assets can be reused in other films and remain after account deletion. Do not include confidential or identifying material in catalog-bound content.
4. Acceptable use
Do not create or upload illegal material, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, deceptive impersonation, threats, harassment or content facilitating fraud or serious harm. Do not generate a real person's likeness or voice without the permissions required for that use, infringe rights or disclose another person's private information.
Do not attack the service, distribute malware, evade limits or share credentials to bypass plan restrictions. Connected AI-provider and payment-provider acceptable-use restrictions also apply.
5. Plans and generation credits
See pricing for prices and allowances. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Listed prices exclude VAT and sales tax. Taxes applicable to your location are added at checkout; the final price, currency, renewal interval and taxes are shown before payment confirmation.
Subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period; purchased packs expire 12 months after purchase. Expiring credits are used first. Credits are non-transferable usage units within Kagenami, have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. This does not limit refund rights.
Generation shows a maximum estimate and reserves credits before starting. Completed work is settled against the reserve and the unused amount is released. A technical failure returns or releases its credit charge. Cancelling a generation can charge confirmed completed work and releases the rest. Credit adjustments are separate from cash refunds.
6. Payments, renewal and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel before the next renewal using the subscription-management link provided with your purchase, or ask denys@kagenami.com for help. For Paddle purchases, Paddle buyer support can also help. Cancellation normally preserves access through the paid period and does not itself refund a payment.
When you buy through Paddle checkout, Paddle is the authorised reseller and merchant of record for that transaction. Its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy govern the payment relationship; Kagenami provides the product and product support. The provider actually shown at checkout determines the applicable payment terms.
Plan changes and prorations apply as disclosed before confirmation. Failed payments may interrupt paid access. Our Refund Policy explains cash refunds. Refunding a purchase can revoke its credits or paid access. We disclose future price changes before they apply; they do not change completed purchases.
7. Availability and ending use
Generation depends on capacity and connected providers. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a fixed completion time. We may maintain, update or suspend features for reliability, security or legal reasons. Download files you want to keep; Kagenami is not a permanent archive.
We may restrict access for a material breach, unlawful use, non-payment or a serious security risk. Where reasonably possible, we explain the reason and allow you to resolve it. Contact denys@kagenami.com to challenge a restriction.
You can request account deletion in Settings after active jobs finish or are cancelled. Cancel subscription renewals separately first; account deletion must not be relied on to stop billing. The Privacy Policy describes what is removed and retained.
8. Responsibility, changes and your rights
To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise output suitable for every purpose and are not responsible for losses caused by unlawful or unauthorised use of your content. We remain responsible where applicable law makes us responsible, including for conformity of paid digital services.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, deliberate misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Mandatory consumer guarantees, withdrawal rights, remedies and data-protection rights are preserved.
Material changes to these terms will be communicated with reasonable notice where required. Contact denys@kagenami.com first about complaints. You retain the courts, applicable law and consumer-dispute routes available under mandatory law, including the protections of your country of habitual residence where applicable.
