1. The short version
Kagenami is for original, lawful creative videos: explainers, stories, ads, education and entertainment. Do not use it to create content that is sexual, abusive, hateful, violent, deceptive or illegal, or that uses other people's identity or work without permission.
2. Prohibited content
You may not create, upload or request content that:
- Is sexual or NSFW in any form: nudity, pornography, sexual acts, fetish or erotic content, including stylised, animated or pixel-art versions.
- Involves minors in any sexual, abusive or exploitative way. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
- Depicts graphic violence or gore, glorifies terrorism or violent extremism, or encourages self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
- Promotes hate or harassment against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics, or threatens, bullies or doxes anyone.
- Impersonates or deceives: deepfakes or likenesses of real people without their permission, fake news or election disinformation presented as real, fake endorsements or reviews, and content designed to mislead people about who made it.
- Facilitates illegal activity: fraud, scams, phishing, weapons or drug trafficking, gambling without the required licences, or instructions for causing serious harm.
- Infringes rights: copyrighted characters, music, logos or trademarks you have no right to use, or other people's private information.
- Is spam or malware, or misuses the service: evading limits, reselling access, automated mass generation or attacking our systems.
3. How we check content
Every prompt, script and brief is screened automatically before generation, using our AI providers and the content moderation service of Creem, our payment provider. A request that breaks this policy is refused before any credits are charged. Borderline requests may be logged and reviewed by the operator.
Automated checks are not perfect. You remain responsible for what you create and publish, even if a request was not blocked.
4. What happens after a violation
Depending on how serious and repeated the violation is, we may refuse the request, remove the content, withdraw it from the showcase or shared catalog, restrict features, or suspend or close the account. Credits spent on prohibited content are not refunded. We may report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires it.
If you think we made a mistake, email denys@kagenami.com and we will review the decision.
5. Reporting content
To report a film or shared asset that breaks this policy, email denys@kagenami.com with a link or identifier and a short explanation. See also the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
